A few things to know.

Everything you need to feel prepared, comfortable, and ready for your first class at Luxewell.

Begin here

Getting Started

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

No experience required! We offer classes tailored to every experience level. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Pure Mat.

Why no reformers?

Luxewell was designed to offer a more niche Pilates experience built around parts of the system that are less commonly taught. Our selected apparatuses, including chair, tower, and ladder barrel (coming soon), each bring something different and allow clients more ways to experience Pilates beyond the reformer.

Is Luxewell members-only?

No. While our memberships offer the most consistent practice and best results, drop-in individual classes and class packs are always available.

What to Bring & Wear

What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear comfortable, fitted athletic attire. Grip socks are required for all classes. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No. We provide high-quality mats and all required studio props. You are welcome to bring a personal hand towel if preferred.
