Privacy Policy

Luxewell Pilates (“Luxewell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the studio at 15713 Quorum Drive, Addison, TX 75001. This policy explains the information involved when you browse our site, join our email list, contact us, or use our booking services.

Information we receive

• Information you provide: Your email address when you subscribe to studio updates; and your name, contact details, and message if you email or otherwise contact us. The partnership inquiry form collects the details you submit, including name, organization, work email, phone, interest, and message, so we can respond to your inquiry. The contact form collects the inquiry purpose, name, email address, optional phone number and message you submit so we can respond.
• Classes, accounts, and purchases: Momence supports our schedule, bookings, memberships, and checkout. Information you enter there, such as account and booking details, is processed through Momence. We may receive information needed to manage your classes, membership, purchases, and communications. Payment details are entered through the booking or checkout provider, not into this website’s own forms.
• Website activity: Google Analytics may collect information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser or device details, and identifiers associated with cookies or similar technology. Google Search Console provides us with search and site-performance reports; it is not a newsletter or booking form.

How we use information

We use information to provide and manage Pilates classes, bookings, memberships, and related services; respond to questions; send studio emails to people who sign up; understand and improve the website; maintain security; and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. We do not use a newsletter signup as permission for unrelated messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such email.
